Who we are

Established in 1991, the Friends of the Rehoboth Beach Public Library is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) civic association that is focused entirely on supporting the Rehoboth Beach Public Library.

What we do

The Friends offer support for the Rehoboth Beach Public Library in a number of ways:

• ALL money raised by the Friends is used exclusively to benefit the Rehoboth Beach Public Library
• Our library’s collection is funded by the Friends. This includes new books, movies, music, audiobooks, magazines, newspapers, and ebooks
• ALL enrichment programs for young and old are 100% funded by the Friends
• We promote awareness of the library’s functions, resources, services and needs
• We receive and encourage gifts, endowments, and bequests to the library

Membership payments contribute approximately xx% of the amount raised annually.
